Delivery and Shipping Policy

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The only exception is if the customer uses a promotional code including free shipping; in that instance Holloway House, Inc. pays for shipping charges. All orders placed online are shipped via UPS with a lead time of 10 working days.
