      Hi Dana,

Yes, you can apply our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish on your Luxury Vinyl Plank floors. Quick Shine Finish is a water based polymer that dries and adheres to any sealed hard surface. Simply squirt the Finish in an “S” pattern and immediately spread with a damp microfiber mop pad. Maintain the shine by dry dusting frequently to keep dust and debris at a minimum. For best results, apply a new coat of Finish every 2-6 months when needed. If you need further assistance, please contact 800-255-1891. We are always happy to help!

I just want to thank you for your products. After spending a fortune on products that left my hardwood floors looking dull and leaving a haze, a friend recommended your Hardwood Floor Luster. I used your Deep Cleaner to strip all the other products that had built up on my floors and afterwards I used the Hardwood Floor Luster. What a beautiful shine. It lasted quite a while. I just saw your Hardwood Floor Cleaner and mop, which I have ordered and will use to maintain my floors. Thank you again, you’ve made me a happy customer!

I use Quckshine on my indior Mexican time and it worked beautiful. I used it in my outdoor patio Mexican tile and in certain spots it turned really white.
Do have any recommendation as to what I may have done wrong and what can I do to fix it

        Hello,

Is the quick shine product able to seal linoleum that has multiple small groves that seem porous and quickly stain with dirt? I am trying to find a product that will allow me to keep the floors clean without having to get on my hands and knees and manually scrub each individual groove.

          Hi Carly,

Yes, Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish will provide a protective shine on your linoleum floors and make cleaning easier. To prevent trapping ground in dirt, we recommend deep cleaning your floors first with Quick Shine Deep Cleaner. Once the floor is clean and dry, simply squirt Quick Shine Finish in an “S” pattern onto the floor and spread immediately with a clean, damp mop. Multiple coats may be added if a higher shine is desired. For more information, please contact customer service at 800-255-1891. We are always happy to help!

We have purchased the Quick Shine Hardwood (high traffic) floor cleaner as well as the Hardwood Floor Luster. Every time that I have used the floor cleaner, it appears to remove the floor luster shine and the floors go back to looking dull and hazy – our floors are dark espresso so its easy to see when they are dull-appearing. I am dampening a microfiber mop, wringing it out really well, spraying the cleaner in an S shape onto the floor and mopping it up. I have cleaned one area and left the other area dirty and it is obvious how dull the newly cleaned area is compared to the dirty part (which still has the luster from my previous application.) I have read that I shouldn’t be applying the Luster but once every 3-6 months, at this rate, I am going to have to apply it weekly just to keep the shine. Help??

      Hi Jamie,

Thank you for your feedback. Our Quick Shine Cleaner is compatible and should not be leaving a dull appearance over our Hardwood Luster. After applying our Luster, do you usually wait at least one week before damp mopping your floors? If you clean the floor too quickly after applying the Luster, you may not be allowing the Luster to fully cure which can result in the Cleaner absorbing into the Finish. Another issue may be that the Luster never properly adhered and cured to the floor surface causing a never ending issue of the Finish starting to come back up with each cleaning. In this situation, we recommend removing the Finish with Quick Shine Deep Cleaner to start fresh and achieve the WOW Factor once more. Please contact customer service at 800-255-1891 and we can further assist you.

HI I have vinyl laminate flooring and used your quick shine. It left a film immediately and I can’t seem to get it off. I tried vinegar and warm water, dawn dishwashing soap. Please help. The bottle said it was ok for this type of flooring and it’s ruined the look of my floor. I put a picture on show your floor off page so hopefully you posted that email.

      Hi Jeannine,
We are sorry to hear you did not achieve satisfactory results when applying Quick Shine. A cloudy, white residue that occurs after applying Quick Shine is what we call a detergent haze that can be caused from previous cleaning products that prevent a proper adhesion of our Finish to the floor. We recommend using our Quick Shine Deep Cleaner to safely remove our Finish from your laminate floors. Simply apply solution to the area, allow solution to sit for 3-4 minutes and mop away. Once the floor is clean and dry, you can reapply our Finish to achieve the WOW Factor once again. For additional assistance, please contact customer service at 800-255-1891. We are always happy to help!

      Hi Cecilia,

We recommend applying Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish (green label) on your travertine tile floors to provide a beautiful shine. Simply squirt the Finish on the floor and immediately spread with a damp microfiber mop pad for best results. Work in sections at a time until all of the Finish has been applied. We recommend applying two coats on tile floors for a more even shine. Maintain the Finish with our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner (blue label) when your floors need a good cleaning. Our Finish will only need to be applied every 2-6 months if applied and maintained properly. For additional questions, please contact customer service at 800-255-1891. We are always happy to help!

      Hi Amy,

Yes, you can apply Quick Shine Floor Finish over your sealed concrete floors. That being said, our Finish is only recommended for interior use. We recommend testing in an unobtrusive area first to assure proper adhesion. Make sure your oil based sealer has been applied and fully cured (at least one week) before using our Finish. This will most likely be a first. So, I had an accident in that I put a tube aphite lubricant in my pocket and forgot to remove it before washing my pants. It went through the washer and dryer and is everywhere. The manufacturer said good luck. Poison control said that’s a first, use a mask and goggles. My friend said spray the floors (really old , unsealed concrete floors) with water to keep it from becoming airborne and then get busy. I tried wiping up, it won’t. I tried Mr. Clean the floor is still sparkly, which means it might become airborne again. Can I use your product to seal it to the concrete? Like floor wax it?

          Hi Jenna,
Thank you for reaching out. Quick Shine may not bond over that area unfortunately as it is water based. Have you tried using Dawn dish soap to wipe the floors? Is this lubricant in a grease form?

I have sealed travertine tile floor in my TV room and in one area approximately 10×10 square feet, my house cleaning lady used something that made this area dull. I tried to clean the whole floor with Quick Shine floor cleaner and after I let dried for about 3 hours. Then I tried to apply the Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish. The problem is that the product didn’t adhere to the Travertine and becomes like a dry white glue particles as I move the microfiber pad with the product. Please can you help me out with this problem and explain me to what I need to do to solve the problem? My other question is! Can Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish be used on sealed travertine tiles? Thank you

            Hi Marilene,

We recommend removing the previous application and starting over again. To remove the Finish, you will need Quick Shine Deep Cleaner to get all residue off of the floor. This product can be purchased online at http://www.walmart.com for best pricing. Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish is safe for sealed travertine tile floors. This formula is pH neutral and will not damage floors.
